George Fowler

George Fowler is a Group Vice President in Spinnaker’s Supply Chain business unit where he leads the firm’s Planning Systems Implementation and Managed Services Practice. An industry veteran, George brings more than 23 years of experience in Supply Chain and Business Process Management experience to Spinnaker's team. An expert in technology-enabled supply chain transformations, George spent 13 years working for JDA/Manugistics, where he developed solutions that remain a prominent component of the JDA architecture, even today.  During his 5-year tenure as Practice Director of JDA’s Global Technical Consulting Practice, George played a fundamental role in the shaping the deployment methodology for the on-premise and cloud services deployment of the JDA Application Suite. There he also managed an international team of more than 50 technical consultants supporting the full spectrum of JDA Supply Chain applications.

A 3-time recipient of Supply and Demand Chain Magazine’s Top 100 Pros to Know distinction, George has distinguished himself a notable expert with many of the industry’s most prominent technologies.  He leverages this acumen in his capacity as solution adviser for many of the supply industry’s most prominent technology companies.  Additionally, he has personally led more than 75 planning initiatives that have generated billions in realized business value for companies across various industry verticals. 

At Spinnaker, George maintains a critical role in directing the activities day to day activities for one of the industry’s leading supply chain delivery and support practices. Included in these duties is responsibility for practice strategy, organizational development, project delivery, account management, and financial performance. George received his B.S. in Decision Information Sciences with a minor in History from the University of Maryland at College Park.

John Sharkey

John Sharkey is Spinnaker’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Consulting and has oversight and leadership responsibility for the firm’s management consulting and technology consulting/support services. In this role, he oversees strategy and individual practice development across the firm’s Management Consulting, JDA, SAP, and LLamasoft practices and is responsible for the development of new Spinnaker capabilities. He also oversees business development and marketing direction and is responsible for overall financial performance for the group.

As a supply chain consultant and thought leader, John is an expert in the design, development, implementation, and optimization of supply chain strategies, business processes, and technologies and helps oversee supply chain transformation initiatives. John has worked with companies in the High-Tech, Semiconductor, Consumer Products, Medical Products, Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution, Telecommunications, Paper, Retail, and Chemical industries. John holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois, a master’s degrees in engineering from MIT, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. At MIT, John was a graduate fellow in the Leaders for Manufacturing (now Leaders for Global Operations) program, a partnership between MIT’s business and engineering schools and a consortium of leading global manufacturers.

Debbie Rose

Debbie Rose is Vice President at Pros2Plan, a staffing and recruiting company owned by Spinnaker Management Group. She brings over 18 years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting Services, with 15 of those years in sales functions ranging from business development, account management, director of business development to her current position. As the leader for Pros2Plan, Debbie drives sales, recruiting, and marketing and focuses on helping business and IT clients fill hard-to-find supply chain roles on a staff augmentation or permanent hire basis.

With deep roots in the JDA community, Debbie has helped numerous clients to fill roles for JDA project managers, architects, functional consultants, and technical consultants and analysts. Prior to Spinnaker, Debbie spent 15 years with Plan4Demand, a leading supply chain consultancy and joined Spinnaker when P4D was acquired by Spinnaker in 2014.  In addition to leading Pros2Plan, Debbie is a dedicated civil servant and has for seven years served as the elected Mayor of Conway, Pennsylvania. Debbie is a graduate of Geneva College.

Stefan Achilles

Stefan Achilles is the VP of Supply Chain Consulting for Spinnaker's Planning Systems Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in management, technology, and consulting services practice leadership Stefan's focus is to help continue to expand and grow Spinnaker’s Planning Systems practice and offerings. In addition to leading programs with Spinnaker clients, he is responsible for several key strategic growth initiatives.

An industry veteran, Stefan began his career in 1996 with pioneering supply chain planning software vendor Numetrix, continuing with JD Edwards after Numetrix was acquired in 1999. Since 2001, Stefan has been a Vice President and Managing Director at consulting firm Metachain and successor firm Avata, a leading Oracle Value Chain Planning and Execution services company where at various times he led the global sales, consulting, and cloud services organizations and also helped lead the firm’s global expansion. In addition to practice management, Stefan has a strong track record delivering successful supply chain planning implementations focusing on both business process transformation and systems integration.

Ken Poore

Kenneth Poore is Director of Technical Consulting and Support for Spinnaker’s JDA practice. A supply chain professional with over 17 years of experience in systems design, implementation, and performance engineering, Ken has spent his career working with customers in a consulting capacity through the full software implementation and support lifecycle. As one of the leading JDA technical experts, Ken was recently recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine as a “2016 Supply Chain Pro to Know”. Mr. Poore has performed in a lead technical role on several enterprise-wide Supply Chain Management projects (including some of the largest JDA implementations to date) and specializes in the areas of system integrations, high volume data movement, and high volume database performance.

Mr. Poore’s experience spans the full scope of the Supply Chain Management project life cycle including strategy development, opportunity assessment, business case justification, solution design, business process modeling and re-design, packaged software selection, proprietary software design, software development and testing, solution implementation, training, conversion, and post-implementation support. He has implemented JDA systems on client hardware and on JDA Cloud. Mr. Poore holds a B.S. in computer science and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Brad Murach

Brad Murach is a Director in Spinnaker’s JDA practice with over ten years of experience in the design, development, testing and deployment of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions and related business processes across various industries. Mr. Murach has spent his career implementing Advanced Planning Solutions and Business Processes for leading companies within Consumer Goods (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Home and Personal Care, and Food and Beverages) and Retail (General Merchandise, Apparel, Convenience, Food Service, and Mobile Telecommunications). Combining his educational training in Business, Information Systems, and Supply Chain with an extensive background implementing JDA Replenishment, Manufacturing, Inventory and Reporting solutions, Mr. Murach is a recognized JDA expert.

In addition to technology expertise, he has significant experience helping clients define and implement new organizational models, business processes, and metrics and is experienced with training development and delivery. When helping clients design planning solutions, his business knowledge, supported by strong technical experience and know-how makes him uniquely suited to translate complex functional requirements into meaningful solutions that provide significant business value, while remaining technically relevant and operationally friendly. Mr. Murach graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Information Systems and a B.S. in International Business.

Joe Sacchetti

Joseph Sacchetti is a Senior Manager, Consulting, and leads Managed Services Support.  For six years, Joe has led a team of supply chain professionals to provide comprehensive support, data management, and enhancements to existing JDA solutions on client servers or in the JDA Cloud, whether or not implemented by Spinnaker.  Working continually with the client solution and Spinnaker tools and custom and advanced techniques, Joe’s Support Team has led to uptimes of 99.7% at two of our clients while improving data and process quality.

Joe has 23 years of Supply Chain experience starting with Manugistics Transportation writing software for the Oil and Gas Industry.  It continued as a consultant designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting supply chain solutions in companies in the Chemical, Food and Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Telecommunications industries, including working at SAP America.  Before Supply Chain, Joe worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories and a small startup, designing and programming engineering solutions for telecommunications and early speech recognition.  Joe holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees, both in Computer Science from Drexel University.
